Russell Victor, at-large delegate from Jacksonville and member of Isle of Faith United Methodist Church, arrived at the Annual Conference Event on the back of his iron horse. He and his wife, Dorothea, are the founders of Spirit Riders motorcycle ministry based in Jacksonville.
