The site is designed and maintained by the Office of Congregational Transformation (OCT) of the Florida Annual Conference, United Methodist Church.

Our intent is to provide:

1. Information that will help a congregation or pastor who is pursuing the task of fulfilling the Great Commission.
     
2. Descriptive information about the operation of the OCT so that persons and congregations will know how to access services.
    
3. A bibliography of resources for transforming congregations.
     
4. A calendar of Transformation teaching/training events.
     
5. A way to connect with the OCT with questions and concerns.
